That is why the REVO team decided to break away from traditional workflows and merge our corporate retreat with a strategic brainstorming experience. Through this approach, we provide our employees not only with a chance to rest but also with a unique opportunity to find fresh inspiration.
In fact, organizing such large-scale trips with the entire team is not a random occurrence or a one-time event for us—it is a cherished tradition that has been cultivated and valued within our company for years. Looking back at our history, we have previously organized unforgettable joint trips to explore the ancient wonders of Egypt in 2023 and the beautiful landscapes of Thailand in 2024. However, this February's trip to the breathtaking island of Phuket, organized to celebrate the company’s 6th anniversary, was truly exceptional in its scale, the number of participants, and its conceptual impact.
3 Offices, 33 Experts, and One Shared Vision
Our talented professionals are typically distributed across our active offices in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Urgench. While digital communication and online meetings are seamless for us and pose no issues, absolutely nothing can replace the power of face-to-face interaction when discussing massive Fintech projects and the future of the company. For this trip, we brought together a large team of 33 of our absolute best developers, project managers, and artificial intelligence engineers for a 6-day journey to the tropics. This was far more than just an ordinary vacation on a hot beach. It was a genuine corporate adventure that merged team members from different cities into a single, highly creative space for face-to-face meetings and informal idea exchange.
Balancing Leisure and Work by the Ocean
Formal meeting rooms were replaced by Thailand's white sandy beaches and open-air terraces. In such a relaxed and informal atmosphere, corporate boundaries dissolve, and team members felt completely free, spending their time highly productively and enjoyably:

Morning Coffee Discussions: Breakfast gatherings naturally evolved into open, passionate conversations about global IT trends, emerging technologies, and future major REVO initiatives (such as the highly anticipated REVO DAY 2026).

Barrier-Free Networking: The informal setting, team games, and heartfelt conversations eliminated the usual departmental divides between developers, designers, and managers, further strengthening the bonds of mutual trust. The team collaborated closely, finding solutions to complex challenges from entirely new angles.

Total "Reboot": Immersing ourselves in Thailand's unique culture, national cuisine, and exotic nature allowed the team to completely disconnect from daily routines. This helped clear the mind of excess information and provided true emotional relaxation.
This 6-day offsite workation yielded incredible results. Our team returned to Uzbekistan not just physically well-rested, but incredibly united, armed with architectural concepts for new projects, and full of immense motivation.
