REVO Library: Inside Our New Urgench Office

A significant milestone for the REVO team recently took place in our newly opened, modern office in Urgench—we launched our very own corporate library! We have always believed that investing in the personal and professional development of our employees is the best decision we can make. Today, our shelves hold over 223 books in Uzbek, Russian, and English, covering topics from software development and management to business and fiction. And this is just the beginning!

"Vibe-coding" and AI in Library Management

Since REVO is an IT company, we love solving even conventional tasks with innovative methods. As our book collection grew, so did the need to keep track of it. Therefore, we developed a specialized "Library" module within our corporate admin panel. The most fascinating part is that this module was built not through traditional coding, but using the modern "vibe-coding" approach (AI-assisted coding), taking a mere 10 minutes from start to finish!

Through our internal system, we can now automate the following:

• Smart Entry: When adding books to the database, entering the ISBN is enough for the system to automatically fetch all other details.

• Tracking: Effortlessly logging which team member borrowed a book and tracking its return date.

• Quick Audit: A dedicated audit function allows us to verify the entire book inventory and check its physical availability in the office with just one click.

The Synergy of Human Effort and AI

No matter how much technology speeds up the process, practical execution still takes time. While the software was built in 10 minutes, manually logging over 200 books into the system, properly sorting them by language and category (specifically ensuring that Uzbek books were accurately categorized and not mixed with English or Russian literature), and arranging them on the shelves took our team several hours. Throughout this process, we also heavily relied on AI to help accurately categorize the books.
