The REVO team is incredibly proud to announce the official opening of our brand-new, modern, and highly innovative office in the city of Urgench, Khorezm region, meeting all the latest industry standards!
For us, this is much more than just another workspace. Our new office serves as a primary strategic hub dedicated to developing the IT ecosystem in the Khorezm region, discovering young talents, and providing our team with the ultimate comfortable and productive working environment.
Why Urgench and why now?
Although REVO took its very first steps and was originally founded in the capital city of Tashkent, Khorezm holds a profoundly special place in our hearts and our history. Our founder was born, raised, and earned his bachelor's degree right here in this region. Moreover, today, a large and core part of our team working on REVO's major projects consists of exceptionally talented young professionals from Khorezm.
In fact, we already had an operational office in Urgench prior to this. However, as the scale of our projects expanded and new, highly skilled specialists joined our ranks, our old office simply exhausted its capacity and became too cramped for us. Moving into this new, large-scale, and spacious hub is a deliberate and crucial step towards further uniting the region's IT community, creating broader opportunities for our employees to work freely, and taking our business processes to an entirely new level.
This major hub in Urgench is just one part of our geographical expansion. It is worth noting that the REVO team also has active offices in Tashkent and Samarkand. Our professionals from different parts of the country work collaboratively to form a single, powerful, and unified IT ecosystem.

Ergonomic Open Space: We created bright, spacious work areas flooded with natural light and equipped with the latest modern hardware. Here, our employees can freely exchange ideas, maintain continuous communication, and collaborate effectively as a team.

Dedicated and Cozy Cabins: To ensure efficient workflow management, strategic decision-making, and focused work, we have set up separate, comfortable offices for our founder and director, as well as dedicated spaces for the accounting (handling finances) and management departments.

Podcast and Video Studio: Our company not only creates software products but also aims to share knowledge. To take our content creation to a professional level, we built a specialized studio room featuring full soundproofing. Moving forward, this space will be used to record high-quality podcasts, IT-related interviews, and educational videos.

Corporate Library Plans: To ensure our team is constantly learning and working on self-improvement, we have begun setting up a corporate library in the brightest corner of our office. We have set a goal to stock it with up to 500 top-tier books covering IT, management, business, and fiction in the very near future.

Chill Zone for Relaxation: After intense and uncompromising mental labor, it is vital to calm the nerves and properly unwind. With this in mind, we created a dedicated entertainment area in our office. Here, during their breaks, employees can play table tennis with colleagues, host intense PlayStation tournaments, and even sing their favorite songs with our karaoke setup after work!

Fully Equipped Kitchen: To make our employees feel as comfortable as they would at home throughout the day, we built a cozy kitchen supplied with all necessary household appliances. A microwave oven, a large refrigerator, a gas stove, a water cooler, and all essential utensils are always at our team's disposal.
